HR Recruiter

About the Role

You'll lead recruiting across engineering, cloud, and data teams — sourcing talented humans, running structured interviews, and helping candidates fall in love with Runestone.

Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring needs and partner with internal stakeholders.
  • Post roles on job boards and actively source candidates.
  • Screen resumes and run telephonic / video interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and recruitment dashboards.
  • Drive the offer, negotiation, and onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • 0–5 years of recruitment experience (IT or non-IT).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with technical recruitment (DevOps, Cloud, Data).
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRMS systems.
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
